Art isn’t just something I create, art is my life. I identify as an artist, and I often create for the sake of creating. The process is the important part for me. The work is never finished because I always allow myself the freedom to adjust, change, or reuse a piece in another way. I like to use different media and methods.
I photograph because I like to capture people and places in a way that feels authentic to them. I photograph because it’s accessible and a way to create that differs from abstract expressionism. I photograph to show beauty but mostly to show life.
